IQ Workforce is the leading staffing company for the global analytics community.

Our client is a leading multi-channel fashion retailer based in Columbus Ohio.  They have a very compelling story to tell.  The company has invested heavily in all of the latest and greatest tools and technologies over the past 2 years and they brought in a top-notch Director of Analytics.

Now they need a great Testing & Optimization Lead to run their company wide testing program.  

This Optimization Lead would be responsible for utilizing the site testing platform to drive revenue and profitability and to enhance customer experience and personalization on the company websites. Specifically, the role will shape, compile, prioritize, and manage the site testing agenda and queue. In addition, the successful candidate will execute, evaluate, and present results of the tests to eCommerce leaders. He/she will generate testing concepts independently and solicit test ideas from various areas to develop a robust test & learn program that covers different facets of site and customer experience, brands, sites, platforms. The role will also promote implementation of winning tests and strategies and evangelize testing and optimization across the organization. 

Responsibilities include:
Participate in testing platform & vendor selection process

Own implementation & utilization of selected testing platform

Shape eCommerce Testing agenda by soliciting input from stakeholders

Developing testing framework & process flow, from ideation to execution and analysis

Build effective alliances with key stakeholders – Creative (for asset generation), Operations and IT (for possible set up help), tool vendor (for campaign set up and execution), and Analytics

Independently identify "low hanging" optimization opportunities on the site that increase conversion and/or profitability, or that enhance user experience

Performance of Ad Hoc queries and analyses that combine multiple tools, data sources and types to supplement test reads generated by the testing platform

Perform test set up and output data QA; recommend fixes

Drive adoption and high degree of utilization of site testing platform

Quantify test results and effectively present & communicate them to various stakeholders

Drive implementation of test “winners”

Create and maintain “learnings repository”

Train and educate others on available capabilities to facilitate testing adoption and utilization

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required

Deep expertise with one of the leading testing platforms (Monetate, SiteSpect, Maxymiser, Optimizely, Test & Target)

Significant experience with other analytics/optimization/UX tools (SiteCatalyst, Discover; other: TeaLeaf, ClickTale, ForeSee Results, relational databases would be a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to executives (both non-technical and technical audiences)

Track record of successful test ideation, execution and analysis

Strong understanding of eCommerce, usability principles and site technologies

Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed and drive results

Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without significant direct supervision
